This is not my best picture. It was taken in Odon Scotland on 8/5/15. In the US, even though we eat a tremendous amount of meat. We are not supposed to see the animals, the processing of those animals, and/or certainly not the blood that comes from those animals. We are simply supposed to pick up our shrink wrapped packets of processed meat at the grocery store. We are not supposed to see that bacon and think of a pig being bludgeoned through the skull and then processed. So what I like about this picture is that if you look carefully in the middle of the picture you can see the pigs being delivered to the store.
